Data is a collection of facts or notes that are real and true then processed so that it can be clearly and precisely phrased so that it can be understood by others and can be used as the basis of the study (analysis or conclusions). Data can also mean one who is known and is considered to provide a snapshot of a situation or problem that has occurred and will occur.
Among other data can be used to:
- The basis of a plan.
- As a means of control.
- For evaluation.
- The purpose of collecting data.
- To obtain about a situation or problem that has occurred.
- As a basis for making decisions or solving problems.

- Objective (direct object)
- Representative (to represent)
- Standard error (small raw errors)
- On time (on time)
- Relevant (appropriate)
